Hardideck
HardiDeck is an innovative system comprising of an out board deck which connects to an inboard deck via our Patent Pending pin off system. The outboard deck is relocated via the crane to which ever level is desired to perform material handling operations. Changing levels takes less than two minutes an all actions are performed from a safe position.
HardiDeck allows for a stacked configuration enabling cladding work to be carried out simultaneously with fit out, this can result in massive project cost savings.
The two deck components weigh one tonne each so platforms can be located at the maximum radius of the smallest tower crane (unlike other platform systems).
Hardideck is designed and manufactured in Australia and is available for hire or sale from our depots in Sydney and Brisbane.
Hardideck can come with 4.2m x 2m or 4.2m x 2.6m load areas.

HardiCage
The HardiCage is the latest innovation from HardiQuip designed to utilise the HardiDeck inboard platform, the HardiCage facilitates the pre-loading of construction materials at the point of manufacture prior to delivery to site.
Used in conjunction with the HardiDeck platform system, the pre-loaded HardiCage is lifted by crane direct from transport to the required floor level whereupon it is simply attached to the HarDideck Inboard for unloading releasing the crane for other lifting duties.

Fixed Decks
The Fixed Deck Platform is a simple, easy to install and robust crane loading platform designed for the general loading of materials into or out of high-rise construction projects.
Quickly and easily installed into either steel or concrete framed structures, the Fixed deck can dramatically reduce the time it takes to load out floors by lifting materials directly from transport to the floors required, increasing crane productivity on site.
Safety features such as fold down props allow for easy installation without the need to remove edge protection and a load bearing outer rail can support long loads without the hazard of front opening gates often seen on other platforms, particularly useful when stripping formwork.
A flush to floor deck allows tall objects such as pre-fabricated bathroom pods to be easily installed between floor plates with no loss of headroom, whilst fully enclosed sides, a non-slip deck and safety harness attachment points keep operatives safe at any height.
Available in various sizes to suit any application, the HardiQuip Fixed deck is a simple, robust value for money option for contractors needing to lift and load out materials quickly and safely on high-rise construction sites.
